I am continuously surprised by my ability to endure.

Husband and I visited Colorado this weekend, just a small and fast getaway. He's been struggling a lot lately. So have I.

Depression is a monster and it's rare for us both to hit bottom at the same time, but it happened.

We'll get through it. We always do.
